User Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: July 6, 2025

Overview

If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data from Brother's Keeper, follow the steps below. Once deleted, your information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Self-Service Deletion

  1. Log in to your Brother's Keeper account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
  3. Scroll to the Delete Account section.
  4. Click the Delete My Data button.
  5. Confirm by entering your password and clicking Confirm Deletion.

After confirming, you will receive an email acknowledging your request. Data deletion typically completes within 7 days.

Manual Deletion Request

If you cannot access your account, you may request data deletion by sending an email to our Data Protection Officer:

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Please include your full name, registered email address, and a brief statement requesting deletion of your personal data.

Confirmation of Deletion

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a final confirmation email. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
